She lives and works in Greece. She studied painting at the École National Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris (1976–82); in parallel, she attended classes on the use of stained glass at the École des Arts et Métiers. She has participated in over 40 exhibitions since 1979, when she lived in Paris. She has represented Greece in various biennials: Turin 1985, Venice 2001, Buenos Aires 2002 (invited by the Buenos Aires Museum of Modern Art), Seville 2005. Following her early career in painting, she focused on installation. Since her return to Greece, she has been inspired by the history and landscape of Lavrion, which she references through the use of geometric and kinetic forms, and choice of material.
