Born in 1959 in Agrinio. A neo-figurative painter of the 1990s generation, he studied drawing and painting in Athens. He seeks to convey through dense
symbolism the Greek heritage, mores, and values of a vanishing era. In 2005, a commemorative series of stamps titled Vine - Wine featuring a selection of his works was released by Hellenic Post. He is a member of the Greek Chamber of Fine Arts and since 2013 Artistic Director of the Agrinio Municipal Gallery.
